6th November 2009 - rudechalets™ announce even more in-chalet fun with partners XBOX 360™ and ACTIVISION ®.
Since 2002 Rude Chalets has established its name as one of the most über-fun chalet brands in the Alps, consistently investing in new ways to keep their snowboarding and skiing guests happier than Larry himself. And this year my friend’s is no exception with the inclusion of the soon to be released Guitar Hero® 5 on the Xbox 360 consoles in all their awesome catered chalets.
Of course you could go and stay in a twee chalet where the in house entertainment consists of jenga, scrabble and maybe a tired old pack of cards. But that really doesn’t cut the mustard in rudeville™. We prefer to rock out like the Kings of Leon or spin our turn tables to the sounds of the Beastie Boys.
Because my peeps, no one should have to fight for their right to parteeee!
18th June 2009 - rudechalets™ announce Park, Pipe & Jib Tour in association with Burton
Following on from six successful seasons of running snowboard camps we are delighted to announce our latest edition – rudechalets™ Park, Pipe & Jib Tour – One week, five parks, one super pipe and a lot of jibbing!
Our snowboarding tour is all about riding.. early starts, late finishes, huge improvements!
You will receive 4 x 2hrs instruction on park and pipe riding from our qualified instructor. On hand to assist, demonstrate and to ride with will be rudechalets™ sponsored rider Sabrina Kusar a Burton UK Team Rider and a rudechalets™ mountain host. Outside of lessons they will guide you around the Portes du Soleil’s vast range of Snow Parks, make practice runs through the pipe and get you jibbing around until your legs can take no more.
Throughout the week you will have access to our onsite Burton Snowboard’s Test Centre allowing you the chance to test your new found skills on the latest technology.
And finally it wouldn’t be a rudechalets™ freestyle week if we didn’t finish with a prize giving and a party sponsored by Burton Snowboards.

March 21st 2009 - rudechalets™ secures one of the best chalets in Morzine Town Centre
In 2009 - 2010 rudechalets™ will enter their 7th consecutive season operating in Morzine-Avoriaz. During this time many chalet companies have come and gone but rudechalets™ has become and remains a stalwart in the winter sports industry. This has been based on their ability to compete on price with the major tour operators and deliver a superior level of service and accommodation.

October 28th 2008 - rudechalets™ announces new partnerships and 'ride all day | ride all night' concept
For the love of snowboarding rudechalets™ announce amazing new partnerships with Burton Snowboards, Ubisoft - the developers of Shaun White Snowboarding and Xbox 360 ® to bring you their Ride all day | Ride all night concept.
If you can’t get enough of snowboarding and constantly dream of being the next Shaun White then you should be staying at rudechalets™. Their recently announced partnerships with Burton Snowboards; Xbox 360 and Ubisoft the developers of the new Shaun White Snowboarding videogame provide the basis for a week long snowboarding extravaganza.
By Day: Wake up, eat a hearty breakfast, throw on your gear, grab your board, meet your friends… go riding.
From rudechalets™ flagship Chalet Christophe in Morzine-Avoriaz you can select one of Burton’s revolutionary 09 boards from their Burton Snowboard Test centre. The on-site facility is stocked with a whole range of brand new kit show casing the latest ICS / EST* binding technology designed by the team in Vermont. The high altitude snow sure ski area of Avoriaz is just 500m from the chalet giving you access to over 650km of pistes, 4 snow parks & miles of backcountry trails. And last winter Avoriaz saw the arrival of the Burton Stash - Europe’s first ever eco snowboard park designed by the legendary Jake Burton himself. If you need help to hone your freestyle technique then rudechalets™ have sponsored riders on hand to give advice on style and stance which will get you charging the Stash like a pro.
By night: Head back to the chalet, soak in the hot tub, have a drink with your mates, eat a well-earned dinner, rig up the Xbox 360 to the 42” plasma screen and once again…you are ready to go riding…
All rudechalets™ properties are pimped to the max including an Xbox 360 in every bedroom. This means you can play the brand new Shaun White Snowboarding videogame and continue shredding the mountain long after the lifts have shut and the sun has set. You can choose how, where and with whom you want to ride. The videogame offers 16 resorts which span four different continents… but all in good time… before hitting the slopes you can choose to don some of the latest Burton snowboarding gear. You and up to 15 of your mates can then ride together - sessioning the parks, cruising the pistes, shredding the backcountry and even hiking to secret spots. And if you fancy a break you can take your board off to film your fellow riders and then upload your videos to the web.

In preperation for Winter 2009 Chalet Christophe - our flagship chalet in Morzine has been given a makeover... including a re-paint from top to bottom... new flooring in all bedrooms and corridors... and lots of new super cool stuff supplied by our friends at Burton... happy days.

We at rudechalets™ are totally stoked to be hooking up with Burton Snowboards to offer onsite
test centres in both Avoriaz and Chamonix as of winter 08/09. Burton Snowboards is a
great fit for rudechalets™ as Burton is still rider owned and driven and gives loads of
support to up and coming talent in the UK Snowboard Scene. We also both work closely
with the legendary resort of Avoriaz, the capital of European snowboarding and home to The
Stash – Burton’s epic jib-tastic eco park which is the first of its kind in Europe.
Our funky flagship Chalet Christophe in Morzine-Avoriaz and our brand new pimped up
Chalet Chocolat in Chamonix will each have on-site test centres boasting a diverse range of
Burton’s radical 09 boards and bindings. Many of the boards feature the revolutionary
Infinite Channel System - ICS™ technology which combined with Burton’s innovative EST fully
