It is only a 5 minute walk away from the Super Morzine Lift (which gives direct access to the high altitude ski area of Avoriaz) and an 8 minute walk from the Pleney lift (which gives direct access to the Morzine-Les Gets ski area). Close by is the Morzine tourist information office and a large selection of après ski bars and restaurants.

The first floor has five ensuite bedrooms and a large open plan dining area. The second floor has a further five ensuite bedrooms and a large open plan lounge with flatscreen tv.
