We launched rudechalets™ in 2003... our aim then as it is now is to "continuously deliver a superior level of accommodation and service at a similar price point to traditional (package) chalet holidays". In our second year of operation we were voted #2 'Best Chalet and Chalet Operator in the UK Snow Awards'... ahead of Mark Warner. This told us that we were on to something...

We want our chalet holidays to be the best that they can be without compromise. Of course it is possible to reduce prices but this
would be to the detriment of what we offer. We actually think with our chalet holidays (unlike most) you get more than what you pay for. In testament to this, last season we received 97% positive guest feedback.. we know the reasons why the 3% weren't entirely satisfied so we will fix these issues.
From the start we have focussed on delivering a GREAT level of accommodation that we will not compromise on. This started with Chalet Christophe our first accommodation in Morzine and has now extended to chalet accommodation in Chamonix with Chalet Chocolat. The pictures that we show on our website accurately depict all of our chalets... so rest assured what you see is what you will get.
Beyond chalet holidays we are working closely with Climate Care to reduce our carbon footprint as well as offsetting the emissions that we produce. Since day one we have never produced a marketing brochure; we try to run a paperless office and any printing that we do is on FSC approved paper.
Within the snow sports industry we are sponsoring young talent who represent skiing and snowboarding in the best light. Our team is properly involved with our business helping out on our snowboard test weekends; freestyle weeks and girls only camps.
This season we have started a new and very exciting relationship with the most highly regarded company in Snowboarding - BURTON Snowboards. We are now BURTON snowboards official snowboard test centre partner. We share many similarities with BURTON.. we are both rider owned and driven... we both sponsor young talent to promote the sport; we are both ethically responsible and we both love snow sports.
