What time do you do pick ups?
We pick-up from the airport at anytime of the day on transfer days. We have pioneered AnyTime™ Arrival so that you can arrive early and depart late the following weekend and get more time on the mountain.
Does it matter if we get different flights to other members of our group?
No problem.
How long will it take to get from the Airport to resort?
The journey time from Geneva Airport to Morzine is 1hr 15mins. However, this can vary considerably depending on weather conditions, peak weeks etc.
What time can we arrive at the chalet?
You can arrive at the chalet at anytime on transfer day. You will able to drop off your bags and get changed to go up the mountain, however your room will not be available until 15:00.
What time can we depart from the chalet?
You can depart from the chalet at anytime, but you must vacate your room before 11:00
What time can we arrive at the apartment?
You can arrive at the apartment anytime after 15:00 on transfer day.
What time can we arrive at Villa H?
You can arrive at Villa H anytime after 15:00 on your day of arrival.
How to I get to Arrifana from the Faro Airport?
You can either organise a taxi (its is best to use a company in Aljezur) or rent a car from the airport.
