From the outset rudechalets™ has been conscious about the environment. With recycling being a given, early initiatives included developing an online only business removing the requirement of large glossy brochures, paper booking forms and postal cheques.In September 2007 we will be launching our new website and a new and very important relationship with Climate Care. Climate Care will provide rudechalets™ with the facility to offset CO2 emissions generated from company flights, driving and our chalets. This additional charge is being taken directly from our profits and not through an increase in our prices. In addition to this our customers will be able to choose if they want to offset their own flights and airport transfers via our online booking and payment system.

New for 2008 and probably the biggest news in our history... we have signed a partnership with BURTON Snowboards. BURTON Snowboards is a great fit for rudechalets™... Burton is still rider owned and rider driven... and in 2007 they opened the first STASH in Europe.. it is clear that the passion for snowboarding runs right through the company and we are very excited about working closely with Burton moving forward.
GRAVIS Premier surf and snow partner
We have been working with GRAVIS for a little over two years. Our relationship extends to joint marketing and promotion; product testing; art; surfing; snowboarding and beyond. We love GRAVIS because they truly design and make great products driven by their Team. This is fact and not media hype... we know because Jono Wood - GRAVIS Snowboarder and Artist is resident in Morzine. Jono's work can be found throughout the GRAVIS range.
