Team
The objective of our team programme is to help in the development of new and exciting European talent, whether they are snowboarders, surfers or freestyle skiers. We do this by providing each of our team members with a one off payment which they can use for travel; equipment; competition entry and the occasional beer.

Luke Paull
We first met Luke at the beginning of season 2005 / 2006 when he applied for a job cleaning our toilets. During the season we got to know Luke very well. Over the following five months we managed to watch him progress significantly in the park and pipe as well as off piste. Luke's attitude to work, his commitment to riding and to his sponsors was extremely professional and for this reason he inspired us to begin the Team programme.
Ben Knox
We were introduced to Ben by Matt from RIDE Snowboards. Ben is young, ambitious and larger than life... and a bit of a ladies man. He joined rudechalets™ in season 06 / 07 and we are extremely pleased to be continuing our relationship.
Sabrina Kusar
Sabrina is joining Luke & Ben for Season 07 / 08 and is our first (hopefully of many) female team member. Sabrina is a local French snowboarder based in Avoriaz. She is undoubtedly one of the most committed snowboarders I have met which has helped take her to a level that most of us dream about.
