The objective of our team programme is to help in the development of new and exciting European talent, whether they are snowboarders, surfers or freestyle skiers. We do this by providing each of our team members with a one off payment which they can use for travel; equipment; competition entry and the occasional beer.

Sabrina Kusar

Sabrina has been riding in the rude team for three seasons and is an extremely popular face on our rudegirls™ weeks.  Sabrina is a local French snowboarder based in Avoriaz. She is undoubtedly one of the most committed snowboarders I have met which has helped take her to a level that most of us dream about.  Sab's favourite & best discipline is rails... however she is also comfortable spinning off the black kicker. /// Photo courtesy of Inaki Lopez






We are delighted to have signed Andy Webb to the rude team. Andy is a great all round rider, has a very likeable personality and his ambitions fit extremely well with our ideology.
