How to Book
We would like to make the booking process as simple and as easy as is practically possible. Therefore we would appreciate any comments that you may have on our website and booking system. Please forward comments to chris@rudechalets.com
Step One - Choose your preferred accommodation
Select either SNOW; SURF or SUMMER to see information on our accomodation including chalets, villas and apartments.
Step Two - Check Availability
Search for accommodation with your preferred dates using the search facility located on the right of the page. You can do this by completing the form with your contact details, accommodation and your preferred dates.
The enquiry result will provide you with the availability for your chosen date, plus the week before and the week after. Once you have decided which accommodation you are interested in and you have confirmed that it is available simply click the Select button to check the details are correct and then the Confirm Enquiry button to submit your enquiry. We will then contact you to provide you with any further information that you may require and to discuss either reserving or booking the chalet.

Step 3 - Pay Deposit and complete booking details
Once you have confirmed your intention to stay with us we will create you an online booking form. We will then provide you with a unique booking reference number which will be used along with the lead bookers email address to access your booking form and make payment.
To confirm the booking your group leader will need to pay a deposit of £100.00 per person for a catered holiday and £300.00 total deposit for a self catered holiday.
To do this, click on 'MyBooking' you will then be taken to a login page where you will need to enter your login details. i.e. unique booking reference and group leader email address. Please note that you will be redirected to a secure server.
The only option that you can select at this stage is Pay Deposit. Click on Pay Deposit and complete as required.
Once the deposit has been paid you and your group members will be able to access the 'Make Payment page and the Add / Edit Details page'
Make Payment – This page allows you to select the member(s) of the group that you are going to pay for and then make a secure online payment.
Add / Edit Details – This page allows you to add important information regarding your booking for example, your flight details; email address, dietary requirements etc.
The balance due will need to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
All that is then left to do is to book your flights (if you haven’t already) and look forward to your holiday.
