Morzine MTB

Morzine is at the centre of the worlds biggest MTB area-the Portes du Soleil which includes 12 linked resorts, 650kms of signposted bike paths; 5 bike parks; dozens of downhill runs; trial circuits & biker cross. In 1996 Morzine opened its first downhill course - the iconic Pleney DH. After hosting the first International French Descente and the Avalanche Cup from 1997 - 2001, the DH still remains a benchmark for MTB riders. So whether you are starting out, a hardened X country rider or a manic downhiller there is something for everyone.

Our chalets come fully equipped with work stands; a range of tools; power washers and gas Bar-B-Q's.

We can provide you with route maps and point you in the direction of all the parks and the best single track. We can also help you arrange a wide range of mountain biking activities which include all types of disciplines eg: freeride,  endurance, trial etc

Pass'portes du Soleil Tour 2013

The dates: 28, 29 & 30 June 2013
 
The 10th Annual Pass’portes du Soleil mountain bike trek covers a stunning 80km cross boarder circuit encompassing 6000m of vertical descent and 1000m vertical ascent between France and Switzerland using chair lifts and cable cards.   The epic trek takes one day –competitors can register to ride the course on either the Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

We offer weekend accommodation for the Pass'portes in our fully catered Hotel Morzine for £269 per person which includes 4 x nights ensuite catered accommodation and return airport transfers from Geneva inc. bike carriage.  Please email info@rudechalets.com for more info.

 Collect and Return washing service

We now offer an overnight washing service collecting at 18:00 and returning by 08:15.

We supply you with a 4Kg bag; you fill it and then we collect, wash, dry and return it for €10.00.
