Restaurants and Bars
Tigre Tigre +33 (0) 450553342
Great Indian food in the heart of the Alps. There is also a
bar serving a range of pre dinner cocktails.
Atmosphere +33 (0)4 50 55 97 97
Jamie's favourite restaurant and mentioned in the Michelin guide.
The food is superb combining the "gastronomic French tradition with
the happy simplicity of the Savoyard cuisine." If that makes
sense you will love Atmosphere.
Elevation +33 (0) 450 530052
A relaxed café great for coffee, English breakfasts, Bacon
Baguettes.
Albert Premier Restaurant +33 (0) 450

2* Michelin restaurant has been run by the family Carrier and
Maillet for many generations. A passion to stay true to the modern
evolution of this Haute-Savoie tradition is evident throughout,
from the welcome to the decor to the menus themselves. If you
fancy a long lunch they offer taster menus from 39 euros.
The Jekyll & Hyde Bar & Brasserie +33 (0)

The Jekyll has a warm and welcoming atmosphere in traditional
style. The bar is famous for its excellent, homemade international
cuisine - imaginative dishes are skillfully prepared and served in
generous portions at good prices.
Sounds awesome and is only a short walk away.
Restaurant L'Impossible +33 (0) 4505320 36
Magnificent restaurant in a farmhouse of 1754, beautifully
decorated with large chandelier and fireplace. Change of ownership
and change of food, the historic restaurant "L'Impossible" has
transformed to become the first organic restaurant and natural
cusine in Chamonix. Set menus starting from 19 euros. Sounds
like its worth a visit.
Le Dragon d'or +33 (0) 450533725
Chinese and Thai food in the centre of Chamonix. Reasonable food
at reasonable prices.
Bars
Chambre Neuf has been voted one of the top five après ski bars
in Europe. We have to agree as we have enjoyed many a night
dancing on the tables. We think that this is a must.
Le Vert just around the corner from the chalet. Lively bar with
DJ's scheduled throughout the season.
