Mayrhofen has a really good little village creche which takes children from 3 months - 7 yrs old.  Alternatively the Tourist Office can recommend a number of trained, English-speaking babysitters who can look after your children both during the day and in the evening.

If you would prefer to employ a private baby sitter who will care for your child on a one-on-one basis then the tourist information office can put you in touch with a number of fully trained multi-lingual baby sitters that will take great care of your little ones.
